Refund policy

At Haus of Beauty Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality education, professional training and ongoing student support.

By enrolling in any of our courses, masterclasses or training programs, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. No Refund Policy

All course enrolments, deposits and payments are non-refundable for change of mind, including where a student decides not to proceed, no longer wishes to attend or is unable to complete their training due to personal circumstances.

2. Deposits & Course Payments

All deposits paid to secure a course placement are non-refundable for change of mind.

Students are responsible for meeting their agreed payment obligations in accordance with their enrolment agreement.

3. Cancellations & Non-Attendance

Students who cancel their enrolment, fail to attend scheduled training sessions or withdraw after commencing their course are not automatically entitled to a refund.

Failure to attend does not automatically cancel an agreed payment plan.

4. Course Transfers

Course fees and enrolments are non-transferable to another person.

Requests to transfer to a future intake may be considered at the Academy's discretion, subject to availability.

5. Course Materials

All training manuals, educational resources, digital materials and course content provided by Haus of Beauty Academy remain the intellectual property of the Academy and must not be reproduced, distributed or resold without written permission.
